One of the most important things you can do to maintain health and weight loss is find an evidence based diet that is sustainable. I will work with you to figure this out whether you are on GLP-1s or not.

Improve physical fitness and exercise

With a background in personal training, I will help you introduce simple and effective fitness routines to help with your weight loss and holistic well being.

  • No. I support women both on and off GLP-1s. My approach focuses on sustainable fat loss, metabolic health, and a healthy relationship with food. If you are on a GLP-1, I help you use it wisely and build habits so results last even if you transition off.

  • Rather than giving rigid meal plans, I help you develop a sustainable, evidence-based way of eating that supports your health and fat loss goals. This includes guidance on food quality, portions, hunger cues, and habits so you can maintain results long term — not just during a “diet phase.”

  • Most programs focus only on the scale. I focus on root-cause health, sustainable fat loss, and reducing food stress. That means supporting your metabolism, mindset, and lifestyle so you feel better physically and mentally — not trapped in restriction or fear around food.

  • Results vary, but many women notice improvements in energy, cravings, and consistency within the first few weeks. Fat loss happens at a healthy, sustainable pace. My goal isn’t rapid weight loss — it’s lasting change that supports your long-term health.

  • No. I provide coaching, education, and lifestyle support. I do not prescribe medication or replace medical care. If you are on a GLP-1 or have health conditions, I encourage working alongside your healthcare provider. My role is to help you build habits that support your goals safely.

Sarah’s Story.

After high school, I got a full ride to a Division I University to run cross country and track. Running was my life, and I loved it so much. Because of my love for running, exercise, and health, I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and had an internship as a personal trainer. I enjoyed teaching people how to exercise, how to eat right, and how nutrition plays an important role in health. I took my love for helping people and decided to go back to nursing school. I enjoyed learning about the human body and nutrition and how to help people get healthier. 

After spending years struggling with some of my own health and digestive issues, I took the knowledge I had from my nutrition training in both my exercise science and nursing degrees, and I dove even deeper into learning everything I could about food and nutrition and the impact it has on the human body, both good and bad.

I have noticed significant improvements in my own health just through changing what I eat. I’ve helped my family, friends, and coworkers navigate through the confusing noise of health and nutrition, and I’ve watched so many people in my life improve their health, lose weight, and feel better by optimizing their diet. My passion is to continue doing what I love by helping women optimize their nutrition in order to meet their goals.
